Nov. 17th 1954 meeting of Kappa Omicron chapter of Alpha Phi Omega.

The treasurer's report was given and was stated if dues were not paid by December 1st members would go to the inactive list.

Tentative plans were made for an open meeting on December 8th.

Report of pledge ceremony for Russ Burton and a pledge meeting held on November 16th was given by Bob Edmonds.

Jack McCann reported that little help have been done on counting money for Adelphi in connection with the campus chess drive.  Money collected Thursday afternoon for the drive list be turned over to Russ Taylor or Polly LeClair in Arnold.

Ted Small moved that the following resolution be adopted: that the rituals and ceremonies conducted by this chapter be carried out in a manner appropriate to our status as a fraternity, including the wearing of correct attire.  The resolution was approved but not voted upon.

There was a discussion on ways to finance delegates to conventions this year and in years to come.

A committee was formed to investigate means of raising funds and also investigations into social functions that this chapter could sponsor.  The chairman of the committee is George Fogg assissted by Jim McCann, Frank Putnam, Jack Plark, and Russ Burton.

There was a discussion on the proposed amendment to the National Constitution to be voted on at the National Convention.  A motion was made to have corresponding secretary duplicate them get a copy to all members and pledges. 

The Ugly Man contest was discussed.

Robert Varley was voted on as Scouting Adviser. 
A book collection discussed for Mr. Robinson.
